Adult Programs
Our programs have been created specifically for you and your loved ones, whether you have just received your diagnosis, or have been living with cancer for a while. When you have your first meeting with one of our Member Services staff, we will help you to find the programs and services that best fit your situation.
Support Groups and Emotional Wellness Programs – These include cancer-specific support groups, and programs designed to help with mindfulness, mental health, and the emotional impact of cancer on life during and after treatment. Care for the mind.
Lifestyle Programs – These programs encompass all of our exercise classes, our cooking classes, as well as programs dedicated to the arts, such as music therapy, drumming and art therapy. Care for the body and soul.
End of Life and Bereavement Programs – These programs are designed to help you navigate the questions and concerns that may arise around the End of Life, as well as providing assistance in creating a legacy for your family. Bereavement programs offer support to those who have lost a loved one to cancer. Care for the heart.
Presentations and Seminars – These will offer information on a variety of topics, such as getting the most out of your doctor’s appointments, lymphedema, complementary therapies and more. Care for all of you.
