Coping With Fatigue and Depression
Are you battling cancer-related fatigue? Do you feel depression creeping into your life? Please join us as we compassionately address these two aspects of living with cancer. You will learn tips for self-care, and information about when to seek medical assistance.

Most recently Stephanie worked in the symptom management program at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre. In addition to being a Hearth Place volunteer, Stephanie is also a cancer survivor.

A cancer diagnosis often causes stress and anxiety. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 has only heightened these concerns, and many of us are starting to feel stretched very thinly. Join us for a seminar that will explore the concept of resilience and help us to create some strategies to ease life’s current challenges.
