Our Mission: We empower a community of compassionate support, knowledge, and hope for anyone impacted by cancer.

Here you will find support whether dealing with the news of a cancer diagnosis, supporting a loved one through cancer treatment, or grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer.

 

Land Acknowledgment

We wish to acknowledge this land on which we are learning and living. We recognize our responsibility to learn about and become better stewards of this land. For hundreds of years, our lands have been the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of Scugog Nation. Today, our communities are shared with many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to live and learn on this land. Recognizing this, we seek a new relationship with the Original Peoples of this land, one based in friendship, honour, and deep respect.

• Finding Your Inner Voice: An Art Journey

  

  In this workshop, you will explore different creative mediums to help you navigate and understand your cancer experience. This is not about making art, but about connecting with yourself in a new way.

  This 7-week exercise program is designed to help you regain and maintain your range of motion, build core strength and enhance physical fitness.
