Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre is committed to respecting the privacy of our members, volunteers, service providers, committee members, staff and donors. The personal information that we collect, provides you with access to our programming and our communications. This information is collected to gather service statistics, contact you about upcoming appointments or cancellations, wait lists or in response to donor inquiries. All information is kept strictly confidential unless subject to legal requirements to disclose in the case of minors. We will never sell your information to other organizations, nor will we ever release your information to anyone without your written consent. All personal information is maintained in key locked and password protected files which limited staff only can access. Your safety is of utmost importance to us.
