Due to COVID-19, this event will be virtual. Please donate what you can and walk for at least 1 km (15 min) around your neighbourhood. You can walk anytime throughout the day. There is no specific time to walk. Walk by yourself, with your family, your dog! If you are unable to walk, kindly keep Rusty in your thoughts and light a candle in honour of him. We ask you to please post pictures or a video of you on your walk so we can all remember him together.
Rusty was a loving dad, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend to all. He battled this debilitating form of cancer for 3 years and 8 months, all the while maintaining a very positive attitude which he used to motivate others dealing with cancer, especially his friends at Hearth Place.
