Place your order for winter Vandermeer Nursery items, or purchase a $35 Vandermeer Nursery gift card, and a portion will be donated back to Hearth Place.
All orders MUST be purchased through Hearth Place.

ORDER PICK-UP DATE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2025 - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
To place an order:
- Download the Order Form (see below) or Email Kelly@hearthplace.org for an order form
- Mail the order form with payment (cheques made payable to Hearth Place) to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre 86 Colborne St W, Oshawa L1G 1L7
- Bring the order form and payment into Hearth Place (hours M-Th 9am-5pm; F 9am-1pm)
