Exploring Our Values in Health Care

A Substitute Decision Maker is someone we appoint to speak for us when we are unable to speak for ourselves. Perhaps we are unconscious, or temporarily incapacitated due to medication. In this 2-part workshop, we will discuss what is meant by health care values, uncovering what is important to us, so we can ensure that if someone speaks for us, they are using our voice.
