Exploring Our Values in Health Care

This is a check-in gathering for the Exploring Our Values in Health Care group that ran in October.

The workshop itself is a two-part workshop, in which we will discover our own health care values, uncovering what is important to us. We will learn how to start the conversation with our families and Substitute Decision Makers about our wishes, so that they are able to speak with our voice if we cannot speak for ourselves.
