Creating Resilience During Times of Uncertainty
Date: January 25, 2022
Time: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
A cancer diagnosis often causes stress and anxiety. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 has only heightened these concerns, and many of us are starting to feel stretched very thinly. Join us for a seminar that will explore the concept of resilience and help us create some strategies to ease life's current challenges.
This session is offered by Stephanie Burlein-Hall. Stephanie is a registered nurse with over 35 years of oncology nursing and education experience. Most recently Stephanie worked in the symptom management program at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre. In addition to being a Hearth Place volunteer, Stephanie is also a cancer survivor.
