Kevin is joined by Emily, a Registered Dietitian from the Durham Region Cancer Centre, this month. He will demonstrate an easy summer meal. Cancer can be exhausting, and life can be too busy. Learn how to prepare something without fuss that is both delicious and simple, taking advantage of the produce available at this time of year and with minimal need to to turn on a hot over or stove.
