Exploring Our Health Care Values

A Substitute Decision Maker is someone we appoint to speak for us when we are unable to speak for ourselves. In this 2-part workshop, we will discuss what is meant by health care values, and how we can begin uncovering what is important to us, so we can ensure that if someone is speaking for us, they are using our voice.
