Cooking With Kevin - Health Eating on a Budget

This month, Kevin is joined by Janet, a Registered Dietitian from the Durham Region Cancer Centre.

As food prices rise, it can become more difficult to eat healthy foods. In this class, Kevin will cook dishes that are nutritious, and made from ingredients that are more affordable for those who are living on a budget.
