Vaccination Policy: Hearth Place has the responsibility to provide a safe environment for clients, contractors, volunteers, staff and visitors. Effective November 1st, everyone visiting Hearth Place will need to provide proof of vaccination status, in addition to completing onsite daily screening, wearing a mask and sanitizing their hands upon entry to the building. Any visitor to the centre must have received their final dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before they are considered fully vaccinated. This policy is to ensure that we can keep our vulnerable population, staff, volunteers, and visitors as safe as possible and continue to follow all public health guidelines in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
If a visitor is not fully vaccinated or unable to be vaccinated, we will continue to offer telephone or virtual support services.
