This is the first in a two-part series.
We know how the diagnosis of a life-changing, chronic illness can create a seismic shift in us. It may have affected our values and our wishes, too. In this seminar, we explore our values, and translate them into the wishes we have for our health-care.
In the second (on Tuesday August 17th - "Starting The Conversation") we learn how to broach difficult topics around our health care with our loved ones, so that everyone knows what is important to us.
