Managing the Holidays

The festive season can be a challenging and stressful time of year for anyone. It is even more difficult for those who are dealing with cancer, whether newly diagnosed, in treatment or beyond. Join us and learn some easy coping skills to help you manage the holidays.

This session is offered by Stephanie Burlein-Hall. Stephanie is a registered nurse with over 35 years of oncology nursing and education experience. Most recently Stephanie worked in the symptom management program at the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre.
