Let's Be Real Check-In Group

An gathering for those who have completed our Let's Be Real series in March 2024. Please see below for a description of the series, and information about when it is next running.

When dealing with cancer, we often keep our true feelings hidden behind a mask of bravery and strength. This 8 week, in person, series offers a safe place where we can drop our façades and be the sad, angry and confused person we sometimes feel like, setting aside the "brave person" mask we wear in front of our loved ones.

Using expressive arts and open discussions, we will get real about our emotions, and learn how to process them and move forward with self-compassion and relief.
