Healing Journey Level 3: Steps Toward Spiritual Healing
This eight week program furthers your healing journey by teaching you the basics of spiritual connection. Questions considered include “Who am I, really?” and “How can I find meaning in my life’s circumstances?”. Meditation, journaling, thought watching and self-reflection are all examined as avenues to inner peace.
Prerequisite: Healing Journey Levels 1 and 2. Repeat participants are welcome!

Yoga Nidra is a short series of soft movements, followed by a meditation. The practice focuses on deep relaxation to help promote sleep, and relieve general levels of anxiety by calming the mind.
