Our Mission: We empower a community of compassionate support, knowledge, and hope for anyone impacted by cancer.

Here you will find support whether dealing with the news of a cancer diagnosis, supporting a loved one through cancer treatment, or grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer.

 

Land Acknowledgment

We wish to acknowledge this land on which we are learning and living. We recognize our responsibility to learn about and become better stewards of this land. For hundreds of years, our lands have been the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of Scugog Nation. Today, our communities are shared with many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to live and learn on this land. Recognizing this, we seek a new relationship with the Original Peoples of this land, one based in friendship, honour, and deep respect.

• Mindful Movements Yoga

  

  This yoga practice encourages us to take care of our bodies through movement and meditation. This is a gentle class, and no previous experience is required.

  Weekly on Thursdays, from 4:30-5:30pm – in person

• Men's Cancer Support Group

  

  This group is a safe gathering space for men with any kind of cancer, to join other men for conversation, support, and the sharing of resources.

  Tuesday, April 8th, from 5:30-7:30pm – online
